Why isn't the Photodex presenter plug-in down loading on to my computer?

In order for the plug-in to down load correctly when prompted you must enable ActiveX.

Why isn't the Photodex presenter plug-in playing the show?

The Photodex plug-in may not have properly downloaded on to your computer.  If you think this is the situation. It is best to go to your control panel in add or remove programs and remove the Photodex Presenter, reboot, and re-do the down load.

My plug-in has been downloaded however the show isn't playing?

If you can see the Photodex Presenter and only see a black screen it is likely your computers firewall or security is disallowing the show to play.  You must allow the show access to the presenter by disarming the firewall for this show or you must reduce your security to low or you must enable Active X.  All of these options are in your control panels Security Center (Manage security settings).
